Beautiful Ave Maria
Beautiful double wrap necklace using antique Amethyst rosary glass beads from France, wire wrapped and connected using vintage beadcaps and sterling silver wire. The necklace has an early Victorian filigree finding with the word "Mother". Dangling from it are sterling Mother Mary medals and old disco balls. Another focal of this necklace is a beautiful silver swing mirror pendant of high quality, found in a Paris flea market, dating back to the early 1900s (Art Nouveau) . Black Onyx gemstones adorn and connect the swing mirror pendant to a beautiful old paste piece. This is a statement piece and can be worn at any length.
Ooooo .... the beauty of this piece is in it's simplicity. This is an amazing necklace with just the right components to add the sparkle on a summer day. Team it with a tee or a formal attire, this jewel is bound to turn heads. The all components were found in Paris flea markets. The paste shell and cross are sterling silver. The religious pendant hanging from the French paste chain is double sided. The mother of pearl beads are quite big, almost 6mm, and have an amazing lustre. The two necklaces are wire wrapped together to a old paste clasp.
